A fully independent structure on your existing lot, with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living space. Detached ADUs offer the most privacy for both households and typically command the highest rental rates. Best for properties with open rear or side yard space.

Garage Conversion ADU

 

An underused garage is often the fastest path to a permitted ADU. We handle insulation, HVAC, electrical upgrades, plumbing rough-in, and finished interiors to convert storage space into a livable, legally permitted unit.

 

Attached ADU 

 

 

An addition connected to your primary residence that functions as a self-contained unit with its own entrance. A practical choice when lot size limits a detached build but you still want a fully independent living space.

 

Junior ADU (JADU)

 

Up to 500 square feet carved out of your home's existing footprint, often a converted bedroom, basement area, or attached garage portion. JADUs require an efficiency kitchen but share or connect to the main home's systems, keeping construction costs lower.

Our crews handle foundation, framing, MEP rough-ins, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, tile, and all finishes. You receive regular updates throughout, and our project leads are reachable when you have questions.

Step 4: City Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy 

 

We schedule and manage all required city inspections, address any on-site corrections promptly, and deliver your certificate of occupancy so the unit is legal and ready to occupy or rent.
